  • Upon receipt of your instruction, detailed lettings particulars will be prepared immediately. We will co-ordinate our professional photographers and floorplanners to arrange a convenient time to visit your property, and draw up a draft set of particulars for your approval.

  • We publish a regular property magazine which is delivered to 100,000 households. We will also propose advertising your property in the most suitable magazines and newspapers, dependent on the property location, including The London Magazine, The Resident series, The Hill, Richmond Magazine, Elmbridge Magazine, Move To, Country Life, Vogue, Tatler, GQ, House & Garden, The Sunday Times and the Financial Times.

  • Your property will be featured on our website In addition, it will appear on (the largest property website in the UK), as well as,,,, and every other major portal. All enquiries generated from these sources are referred directly to the office with which you are dealing, ensuring we have full control.

  • We have an in-house Press Office which is dedicated to achieving free editorial coverage in national newspapers and magazines wherever possible; depending on future features, it may be possible to utilise this to maximise market awareness of your property, and if appropriate our Press Officer will be in direct contact.

  • Where permissible by local by-laws, we will erect a To Let board at the property, as these are proven to be an extremely successful way of generating local interest. In addition, we can send a postcard to up to 500 neighbouring properties announcing that the property is available for let, which is another effective and proven way of alerting potential tenants through your neighbours' social and business networks.
