Stephen has been involved with the valuation of property since 2001 when he started with a London and South East regional firm of surveyors and valuers. In 2002 he established his expertise in the valuation of residential properties subject to lease extension or enfranchisement claims under the Leasehold Reform legislation, acting for and against many of the landed estates in prime central London. He joined John D Wood & Co. in 2007 and has been an Associate since 2010, like all our team acting solely on behalf of leaseholders.
