We provide a bespoke and specialist service committed to searching for and acquiring residential property for private clients. The department offers clients impartial and unbiased advice when buying. We attempt to remove the stress and strain of purchasing property and through our extensive market knowledge and experience we are able to source property some of which never reaches the open market.
Our fee structure is aligned with our clients interest. This means we are highly incentivized to secure the property on the best possible terms. To avoid potential conflicts of interest we waive our acquisition fee if John D Wood & Co. is instructed by the vendor and will be gaining a fee from the transaction.
The team are highly experienced individuals who have extensive knowledge of their relevant areas.
We work closely with our Sales Service Department who perform an invaluable, complementary service once the right property has been acquired. We will also advise upon the use of suitably qualified professionals if required. Our combined effort and truly personal approach will make a difference in the acquisition of the right property.
