Awards Evenings and Lunches

Hosted quarterly across all regions, the sales and lettings teams come together to celebrate the team members that have had outstanding performance. We also host a Half-year Award lunch for the best results in a number of categories.

Annual Awards

Every year, we organise a trip abroad for the year-end most successful staff across the business, whether Sales, Lettings and Support Departments.

Long Service Awards

At John D Wood & Co., the senior members of our team have been employed with us for an average of 17 years. We recognise the importance of their dedicated service with our Long Service Awards, presenting a gift every five years.

John D Wood & Co. Celebrations and Events

We have an active social committee who arrange various events throughout the year; rounders matches, football competitions, summer parties and social get-togethers.

Incentives

Offering a wide variety of incentives, from a Rib Trip to a Lunch Club as well as ‘The 100 Club’, prizes include, but are not limited to, boat trips, lunch outings, vouchers and Mont Blanc pens.

Mid-week Madness

A team-building day, all offices and departments are set a number of challenges throughout the day. From wacky team photos, to most viewings booked in an hour, the winner of each category gets a reward.

WellBeing Team

Run by employees within the company, which includes qualified Mental Health First Aiders, they are here to support the John D Wood & Co. employees with any issues or concerns that they may be experiencing, whether in or out of work.

Social Committee

Our dedicated Social Committee allows colleagues the opportunity to meet and stay connected with all teams across the business. They organise multiple events throughout the year, including, but not limited to, sporting events such as rounders and football tournaments, as well as gatherings at the local establishments.
