It is with great sadness John D Wood & Co. announces the death of Nick Taylor, Managing Director.

Nick joined John D Wood & Co. in 1999. He was a trusted colleague, inspirational leader, mentor and a friend to many. He had an infectious personality and a selfless approach to his role. He referred to John D Wood & Co. as a family, and those lucky enough to have known him will always be grateful for his leadership, care and support. His professionalism, integrity, and sense of fun touched many, many people and our industry has lost a tireless champion of the critical role agents play in serving our customers. He will be greatly missed, fondly remembered, and never forgotten.

His untimely death followed ten months of illness and colleagues from across the business send our deepest sympathies to Nick’s family and loved ones.
