Our dedicated John D Wood & Co. Social Committee allows our colleagues the opportunity to meet and stay connected with all teams across the business, through the many events they host each year.

Set up in 2018, our dedicated John D Wood & Co. Social Committee allows our colleagues the opportunity to meet and stay connected with all teams across the business, through the many events they host each year. The Social Committee organises multiple events throughout the year, including, but not limited to, sporting events such as rounders and football tournaments, as well as gatherings at the local establishments.

In 2022, we were proud to take part in Keep Britain Tidy with a litter-picking event in Hyde Park. Apart from it being fun, the Social Committee is a fantastic networking opportunity, a great chance to meet others within the company which can often help and enhance business deals.

At our company conferences, held at place like The Hurlingham Club, our colleagues experience a fantastic opportunity for the whole company to get together. It’s important to us to come together and celebrate the people that make the business, and at our Summer Ball we enjoy doing it in style.
