Our John D Wood & Co. Family celebrates 150th birthday year and 2021 results at our annual conference.

Tuesday 29th March 2022 marked the first time in over two years that all members of the John D Wood & Co. Family were invited to come together in person to celebrate the business’ 150th birthday year at their annual conference.

The conference was held at the Hurlingham Club in London and gave the prime estate agents an opportunity to celebrate a record year for trading results in 2021. John D Wood & Co. recently announced that their property sales transactions increased by 55% and the lettings business saw a 10% uplift in new tenancies compared to the prior year.

An awards ceremony was also hosted during the event to reflect on, thank, and congratulate the hard work of the employees who helped achieve the success and recognised the business’ top performers.
