We understand that your income structure may be unconventional (not everyone is paid at the end of the month), and we are able to consider multiple forms of collateral and income to create bespoke solutions to work for you.

We offer capital and repayment products, as well as interest only, with the flexibility to accept significant lump sum payments when these happen. We also consider significant lending with a smaller deposit as long as the overall financial picture looks positive.
