John D Wood & Co. are delighted to announce the appointment of James Burrows as Head of New Homes. James assumed the role at the end of April 2021 and will lead the New Homes department to support house builders and developers ranging from national plc clients to bespoke boutique builds.

The John D Wood & Co. New Homes department offers clients end-to-end consultancy style advice and guidance on developmental potential for existing properties as well as buying and selling of multi-unit development sites via their network of offices across London and the South of England. 

Established in Mayfair in 1872, John D Wood & Co. specialise in selling and letting properties in London, the country and internationally, and is committed to offering a bespoke service, a strategic approach to marketing, and local expertise that has been trusted for generations.

Over the last year John D Wood & Co. expanded their office network and added additional services to their business including: Corporate Relocation, and a Country House department, and bespoke project management services to support their clients with high-end refurbishments.
