About this office

John D Wood & Co.’s Cadogan Street office operates from a prominent location on the corner of Cadogan Street with Moore Street. As estate agents, we deal with residential sales and lettings across Knightsbridge and Chelsea, from the River to Hyde Park. Our area is an incredibly popular pocket of the Royal Borough, being so centrally located with easy access to The City, and West End. The area is architecturally diverse, including some impressive white stucco and red brick houses, classic 1930’s mansion blocks, mews houses and cottages, as well as some of the most exclusive developments and addresses that London provides. This eastern swathe of Chelsea and Knightsbridge is also known for the manicured garden squares including Cadogan Place, Cadogan Square, Ennismore Gardens, Hans Place, Lennox Gardens and Montpellier Square.

Running through our area are the internationally renowned shopping streets of Sloane Street, Brompton Road and King's Road. Shopping of all kinds can be found, from the large department stores such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Peter Jones, to the myriad of designer boutiques, interspersed with an eclectic mix of restaurants and cafes catering to every taste. Sloane Square Underground station is serviced by the District and Circle Lines, whilst Knightsbridge Underground station provides access to the Piccadilly Line. London’s iconic red buses follow routes throughout the area.
